Aikya is the greatest platform for education envisions promoting access to universal, equitable, joyful, inclusive holistic development of children 3-5 rings of age. These can be ensured by involving parents and teachers in providing an emotionally supportive, culturally rooted, child oriented, stimulating learning environment. It Foundations for icing and building strong developmentally appropriate practices. It also intends to develop healthy attitude, good values, skills of critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, technology, literacy and socio-emotional development. We will adopt a holistic approach that enables each child to develop their social, physical, emotional and intellectual abilities.We know that each child is unique and special and positive early childhood experiences are instrumental for a child's overall development in later life. Principal’s Verdict
Being a principal, I have a strong belief to promote harmony, dedication and a win-win scenario for everyone in school. Harmony can be interpreted as 'team cohesion'. As long as we have a dedicated team aiming for the same goals, anything can be achieved. The achievements of the school do not come easy. The drive for excellence permeates deeply the school culture. As a principal to the school, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire staff for your professionalism and commitment in building a solid foundation of the school, thank the parents for your support of the school and thank students for your diligent work and engagement in the school.
In my career of more than one-quarter of century, even though I have changed my job twice only, I do believe that I have the talent of coping with new challenges, new environment, new students, new colleagues and new parents well. I really like the school culture of round development of students and her emphasis on student learning processes. My expectation is high on the quality of our teachers in classroom teaching and facilitating students development in multiple intelligence outside classroom and giving for best of best each new year passing by.
Success for all students is ensured at our school by the delivery of an enriching, child centred, balanced and structured curriculum and a whole school focus on student welfare that focuses on the positive recognition of student achievements. We want all our students to achieve their full potential. Our task is to make it possible and our mission is to provide a platform for the same.
